Gen Kelsang Namkhyen

The Resident Teacher of the KMC Netherlands is Gen Kelsang Namkhyen. He got ordained as a Buddhist monk in 1999 and has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism for many years as a discipel of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. His profound understanding and clear explanations of the teachings of Buddha make him a beloved teacher.

 

Aurora Ariza Tello

Aurora Ariza Tello, born in Spain, has been living and working in Amsterdam for the last four years. She is a student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and follows the Foundation Programme in Amsterdam. She explains Buddha's teachings in a simple, joyful and practical way that inspires everyone. Aurora teaches the meditation classes on Thursdays in Amsterdam.

 

Eric Plug

Eric Plug has been a student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for more than twelve years en is well-liked for his peaceful and friendly approach. He teaches the meditation classes in Maastricht.

 

Lisa Marie Roiter

Lisa Roiter was born in Santa Barbara, California, lived for nearly twenty years in New York City and has been in Amsterdam for the last four and a half years. She is a student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and explains Buddhism and meditation in such a clear and practical way that everybody can enjoy and apply it in their daily lives.
