Maastricht
Meditation classes with Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Namkhyen with emphasis on how we can use meditation to develop good qualities like love, compassion, patience and inner peace. Refreshments will be provided afterwards.
The classes are suitable for all levels of experience. Since each class is self-contained it is not necesary to attend the entire series and there is no advanced booking. Everyone is welcome.
The classes are based upon the book Eight Steps to Happiness by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, which gives a clear and practical explanation of the Buddhist way of loving kindness.
The classes are offered in Dutch. English translation is available upon request.
